What makes my apartment superior to others? South side spectacular view above the Georgian building which means unobstructed view of the ocean, the beach and the city! "South Side" is the quiet side! north side has heavy street noise from the Ritz Carlton and traffic!!
secluded balcony with splendid furniture "couch"! roach and insect free!! overstocked kitchen with microwave, B&D toasteroven, blender, backingoven, dishwasher, large fridge, pots + pans, flashlight, vases. overstocked bedroom with blankets and sheets, excellent water pressure and hot water with towels overstocked in the bathroom. 2 big screen Sony TV's, Sony VCR x2 and DVD x2!

On the 12th "High" floor #1234, next to the staircase only one neighbor, view is over "The Georgian" +ocean +beach+pool+Loews oasis. One of the best apartments. Other advantages read below.
