Description of the San Diego vacation Beach House Rental 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathrooms, 6 Sleeps
This charming two bedroom and one bathroom Beach Cottage has just
been newly renovated inside and out. The Cottage is located in
beautiful Mission Beach on the ocean side. You need only walk one
short block to get to the sandy beach. This is an ideal vacation
spot
to relax and play, for families or groups of individuals.
This cottage offers a living area that has an open floor plan with
hardwood floors and a ceiling fan leading into a dinning area with
an
oak dinning table and chairs set. The kitchen has all new appliances
and has all utensils. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen size bed,
night stand and dresser. There linens for the beds and bathroom. In
addition to the pull out full size futon couch in the living-room,
there is an air mattress available if needed for kids or extra
occupants. Enjoy relaxing out on the wood deck area or out on
the patio by the BBQ. We also have a 32 foot boat that we can go out
for a cruise in the bay. Please ask for details.

RENTAL POLICIES
Reservations
* Holding Deposit (Security and Damage Deposit): A $300.00 Holding Deposit is required for all reservations, which must be received within 14 days from initial reservation request.
* Balance Due: The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check-in date. Payments not received on time will be subject to cancellation.
* Transient Occupancy Tax: A 10.5% tax is charged by the city of San Diego for any reservation that is less than one month. A month is classified as starting on a date of one month to the same date of the next month.
* Security Deposit:
All rentals will require a refundable security deposit, typically $300 Holding Deposit, to be returned within 21 days after checkout.
* All reservations are subject to owner approval.
Cancellations
* Up to 60 days before check-in: Cancellations made before balance is paid are subject to a $150 cancellation fee.
*After 60 days before check-in: Refunds are dependent upon our ability to re-rent the unit.
Check in / Check out
*Check in: 4:00pm, Check out: 10:00am
*Early check-in/late check out: Often available, but not guaranteed.
Maid Service
*We ask that you leave the accommodations neat, including placing all dirty dishes in the dish washer, place all used linens and towels in bathtub and remove the trash.
Smoking
*Smoking is prohibited inside the unit. Smoking on the decks outside is permitted.
Occupancy and Use
*Exceeding stated and/or reasonable occupancy can result in the lost of use of the property as well as the rent. Entertaining which can result in damage to the unit or interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of surrounding neighbors, is prohibited. This might mean that after 10pm you move inside so you don't disrupt others who what to sleep.
Lost or Stolen Items
*The owners will not be held responsible for any items discovered missing during a guests stay. Please do not leave personal items unattended and be certain to always lock your doors and windows.
Unavailable Rentals or Boat Ride
*If for some reason the rental unit is unavailable, due to fire, flood, etc. the owners will refund all rent (including tax and security deposit).
*Boat Rides real be given if possible, but cannot be guaranteed if you have questions please ask.

Within walking distance is swimming, sunbathing, boating, biking,
surfing, boogie boarding, rollerblading, strolling on the board
walk,
shopping, restaurants and sunsets.
To rent equipment you need only walk a block or two.
For shopping and restaurants you can walk or drive. There are lots
of
close places to walk too.
Neat places to drive to are: La Jolla 10 mins, Seaport village 15
mins, Old Town 10 mins and Downtown San Diego 15 mins.
The San Diego Airport is located 6 miles away.
Major attractions: Belmont Park's Famous Roller Coaster is less than
1 block, Sea World 2.5 miles, San Diego Zoo 8.25 miles, Balboa park
8.25 miles, Wild Animal Park 25 miles, Lego-land 1 hour, Disneyland
1.5 hrs and Temecula Wine Country 1 hour.
